Short on purpose. This is everything we know about you and everything we do with it.

What we hold

An estimate request carries exactly what you typed: ZIP code, the floor you picked from the list, your name, your phone number, plus whatever you wrote about the slab. The web server adds routine technical logs, IP address included, whose main job is stopping robots from burying real requests.

What it is for

Returning your call, scheduling the walkthrough and drafting your estimate. That list has no hidden entries. Your details are not traded, monetized or handed to ad platforms, and the person dialing your number is the one quoting your floor.

Who touches it

The crew member who calls, the crew that comes out, plus the firms that host our server and mail, each bound by confidentiality duties of their own. Nobody further.

How long it stays

While the work is live, then through the standard accounting retention that follows any invoice. Want it gone sooner? One line to contact@epoxy-floor-installation.com and it is deleted, no questionnaire.

Cookies and the map

No advertising cookies live here. A bare session cookie can appear so the forms behave. The embedded map waits, unloaded, until you scroll to it or press its button; from that moment it is governed by its provider's own privacy policy.
