What this site does

It explains how we coat garage and basement floors in private homes, and it takes estimate requests. The square-foot brackets published here are careful averages; the only number that commits anyone is the estimate we put in writing after standing on your actual slab.

Asking for an estimate

Free, and it obliges you to nothing. We ask for contact details that really reach you, nothing more. What gets done, when, and for how much is fixed afterwards in the written estimate, never during a first phone call.

Keeping it clean

No form flooding, no impersonation, no poking at the machinery other visitors depend on. Traffic that tries gets filtered without a debate.

The edge of our responsibility

A website cannot read the moisture in your slab or see the crack behind your workbench. General reading stays general; acting on it alone is your call, within whatever limits your local law sets, and your statutory rights survive this page untouched.

Whose work this is

The words, the photographs and the way this site is put together belong to us or to our licensors. Quote a passage with credit and welcome; lift pages wholesale and not.
